
With the Spring issue of Scene Magazine right around the corner we are well on our way to another fantastic issue. Today we were hosted by Ming Tsai at Blue Ginger for our Beauty and Food editorial concept. ( This is my working title. Unfortunately another local publication just ran an interview article of a model/local chef entitled “Beauty and the Feast”, which would of just been perfect… And I digress. )







Ming was a gracious host and treated us to some awesome blue cheese bacon burger dumplings. That’s right. I said dumplings! Ming has been called a Chinese-American fusion cuisine chef and this mixing of cultures certainly illustrates his expertise in this area.
